Someone came up with the ten easiest things to snack on at your desk.

  1. Almonds
  2. Low-fat popcorn
  3. Fresh or dried fruit
  4. Dry cereal
  5. Protein bars
  6. Pretzels
  7. Frozen banana
  8. String cheese or cottage cheese
  9. Vegetables and hummus
  10. Apples with peanut butter

Some of these you still have to be smart with and eat in moderation but it's a good start, ain't it?
