Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am here to tell you that this is me! (OK, it's not really but I'll fudge a little to get some sympathy votes.)

You just thought that the radio lifestyle is all glits, glam and piles of boudin balls.

If you thought that, you'd only be one-third correct. We have a stressful job according to one new study.

The good folks at CareerCast.com conducted research about occupations and the stress level. They looked at 11 different kinds of job demands that evoke stress, both physical and mental.

Here are the ten most stressful jobs according to the study:

  1. Firefighter
  2. Member of the military
  3. General in the military
  4. Airline pilot
  5. Police officer
  6. Actor
  7. Broadcaster
  8. Event coordinator
  9. Photojournalist
  10. Newspaper reporter
