Safety Tips To Remember While Out Trick Or Treating

  • Always carry a flashlight or glow stick and  be sure to wear bright colored clothing
  • Visit homes of people you know. Avoid going to strangers homes.
  • Never enter a house of a stranger
  • Never walk in the road
  • Inspect your candy prior to consuming
  • Obey all traffic laws
  • Do NOT allow children to ride behind trucks or on trailers alone
  • Children should always go out trick or treating accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Have a defined location or route for your Trick or Treating
  • Obey property and the curfew defined by your town or community
  • Be aware of your surroundings at all times
