If you wake up in the middle of I-10 with cars buzzing by you really fast you probably needed more sleep. If you're in the middle of that operation and your head falls into the incision, you probably need more sleep. If you're at your child's school play and you doze off, well you're probably just a parent doing the best you can do. Lack of sleep is a  major problem in America, here are some signs that you might really have sleep issues.

But chronic lack of sleep can lead to a host of health problems—such as high blood pressure, obesity, depression, irregular hormone production, a weakened immune system, memory lapses, constant irritability, and decreased concentration and reaction times.

So be honest with me, how much sleep do you get? I get maybe 4 hours at night and a 1 hour nap during the day. It is no wonder I feel like I'm about 90.
