Louisiana’s oldest chartered harvest festival is scheduled for Labor Day Weekend - the 80th annual Louisiana Shrimp and Petroleum Festival! The fun begins on September 3 and continues through September 7, in the beautiful downtown Historic District of Morgan City. The festival is free to the general public, and there is lots of great food, arts and crafts, and a Children's Village that open on the weekend of the event. Check out the awesome entertainment schedule below, and make plans to head to Morgan City for one of the most historic and fun festivals in Louisiana!
