$90 Million And Growing – Powerball Drawing Tonight

What could you do with an extra $90 million? That's how much money Powerball officials are estimating a single winning ticket in tonight's multi-state lottery drawing will pay. If you're the kind that likes your cash up front the payout is expected to be $58.7 million which is still quite a lot of money.

I find it to be quite interesting that most of us don't get Powerball fever until the jackpot reaches over $250 million. I know there is a significant difference between the 90 and the 250 but really?

I think most of us could create a very nice life with a payout of $90 million or even the $58.7 million.  I am not writing to encourage you to play the game if you're not a player. I just find it to be an interesting adventure when you explore the mind of even the occasional gambler.

Personally I would be quite happy picking up an extra $2 million or $1 million in one of the Powerball game's alternate ways to win. For a lot of people I know that would almost be considered a loss. I guess when we dream about wealth, we like to dream big.
