The  Contra Costa Times has an article about how to eat fewer calories on Thanksgiving!  That's great news for me!  So there is hope for me not to gain 5 pounds from Thanksgiving feasting...  Here's a list of the 5:

1. Eat White Meat

2. Eat Pumkin Pie Instead of Pecan Pie

3. Keep from eating Candied Yams

4. Keep away from a lot of stuffing

5. Drink Wine instead of other alcoholic beverages(that is if you were planning to drink and are of age!)
