A Few Thanksgiving Tips For You!
The Contra Costa Times has an article about how to eat fewer calories on Thanksgiving! That’s great news for me! So there is hope for me not to gain 5 pounds from Thanksgiving feasting… Here’s a list of the 5:
1. Eat White Meat
2. Eat Pumkin Pie Instead of Pecan Pie
3. Keep from eating Candied Yams
4. Keep away from a lot of stuffing
5. Drink Wine instead of other alcoholic beverages(that is if you were planning to drink and are of age!)
