If your a full-time student and part-time worker like myself, then you probably have trouble squeezing a workout into your busy schedule. You might dislike working out altogether, and would rather do something that will only take ten minutes and give you results. Whatever the case may be, I got the best thing for you. So put your workout shorts and tennis shoes on and get ready to get toned with this quick and effective workout.

Now keep in mind: any workout requires some effort and optimism.  No, you will not see results after two days, but I strongly recommend incorporating these five moves into your daily routine. For those of you who want to step it up, 30 minutes of cardio prior will help tremendously.

Are you ready??? Here it is....

50 Jumping Jacks
10 push ups
30 crunches
20 mountain climbers
Two 30 second planks

Not bad, huh? On those days your feeling extra lazy or tired, google swimsuit models. Bathing suit season will be here before you know! Good luck!
