A Wedding Without A Ring? That’s Prince William’s Thing

You may have read the story that Prince William will forego the tradition of wearing a wedding band. I guess to each his own. The wedding ring itself is a tradition that has been passed down through the ages, would you like to know how it all got started? We asked you on our 973 The Dawg Facebook Fan page a simple question. Do you think both spouses should wear a wedding ring? The results are in and the answers ranged from deep convictions to basic safety concerns. Some of the safety concerns had to do with the ring getting caught in machinery, the other safety concerns came from women who said they might get violent if their man chose not to wear a ring. So how do you feel? Should both partners wear a symbol of their commitment or is a commitment in the heart and promises made before God and family enough?
