Two big games to begin the final week of the 2015 high school football season are set for the Town Square Media airwaves on Thursday night.

The  first game is a District 3-5A contest, as the Acadiana Wreckin' Rams play host to the New Iberia Yellow Jackets.

Acadiana, winners of five-straight, will enter the game at 6-2, overall, and 5-0 in district play.

A win by the Wreckin' Rams would give them an undefeated district record, and guarantee them the outright district crown.

New Iberia, who is currently 4-5, overall, and 3-2, in district play, likely needs a win to qualify for the playoffs.

You can listen to the Acadiana/New Iberia game on ESPN 1420, and espn1420.com, beginning with the pregame show at 6:02 pm.

The other big match-up we have for you is the annual St. Martin Parish rivalry game between the St. Martinville Tigers and the Cecilia Bulldogs.

Any time these two get together, it's fun, but it just so happens that both teams are pretty good, as the outright District 5-4A title will be on the line.

Cecilia, winners of six-outrightstraight will enter the game at 8-1, overall, and 3-0 in district play, while St. Martinville, who has won five of their last six, will enter the contest at 6-3, and 3-0, respectively.

You can hear the Cecilia/St. Martinville game on Planet Radio, 96.5 FM, and planet1051.com.
