Accident On 90 Slows Traffic

Highway 90 just past the Jefferson Overpass is very slow this morning because of an accident we believe may have been caused by poor visibility due to fog and a cane fire.  The accident is affecting the westbound lanes, the poor visibility is affecting all drivers.
