Alan Jackson has announced the tour stops and dates for his 25th anniversary tour. The Keepin' It Country Tour will begin on January 8 in Fort Myers, Fla. and crisscross the country through May.

Newcomer Jon Pardi and CMA New Artist of the Year nominee Brandy Clark will join Jackson for 19 shows. As expected, most shows are on Friday or Saturday night, but there are a few Thursday and Sunday night stops scheduled.

In June, Jackson announced he'd be touring in early 2015 during a press conference that revealed his exhibit at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Alan Jackson: 25 years of Keepin' It Country will run through March 2015. Earlier this month the legend became the 12th artist in residence at the Hall of Fame.

In the wake of George Strait's retirement announcement, many wondered if Jackson was following suit when he scheduled the press conference. However, he made it clear he'd perform for as long as he can.

"I don't know what I'd retire from," he joked. "I don't work much now."
