A dog will be there for you even on days when you choose to not be there for yourself.This is the story of a shelter dog who was rescued hours before she was about to be put down. If you are an animal lover you won't be able to watch this without feeling at least a little choked up. Edie, the dog in this video was scheduled to be put down at the shelter in which she was placed. Fortunately for her a kind soul happened to wander by and decide to spare her life with the help of some compassionate friends.
