Another Incredibly Odd Japanese Game Show [Video]

I often feel I was born in the wrong place and the wrong time. Do you ever feel that way? You know the feeling that maybe my disposition or views on life would better match the societal norms of another era.  Personally, I think I would be great as a Japanese game show producer. In my years of creating radio contests I have come up with hundreds of ideas that would not only be fun but most likely would lead to litigation as well as fun and prizes.

The Japanese game show depicted in this video is called Wall of Boxes. The basic premise is that four contestants sit on top of a wall of boxes and try not to fall off. To make that not falling off thing a bit more entertaining each contestant chooses at random different actions and activities that could in fact lead to his ultimate demise. It's no MXC but in it's own way it's quite entertaining.
