In December of 2015, Eunice Junior High School was put on edge when a handwritten bomb threat was hung up on campus saying the school would explode in an hour.

Well, about five and a half months since that December 10th, Eunice Police have arrested the 15-year-old boy they believe placed the sign, according to our news partners at KATC. Detectives say they made the arrest based on lab analysis of handwriting samples.

He was booked with terrorizing and communication of false information about a bomb on school property and has been released to the custody of his parents.
