The world is consumed with taking pictures and posting said pictures on the internet. Yep, selfie-mania has now reached epidemic status.

Taking selfies is also time consuming. So much so, that a new study has found that the average woman will spend about 753 hours of her life taking, re-taking, filtering and posting selfies.

That's a full month of your life!

(Unfortunately, the study didn't figure out how much time men spend taking selfies.)

The study also found out some of the tricks people use when taking selfies. Those tricks include: using soft mood lighting, shooting from a downward angle, using a slim body pose, and using Instagram filters.
