Baby Invited to Speak at Housing Council Meeting
Oakley Barrett was recently sent an invitation to speak to a group of experts at a local housing council in Northampton, U.K. Seems he won't be able to pull it off.
He's only 15 months old!
The tike was obviously given the invite accidentally and due to a clerical error. His tickled mom Sophie was given an apology.
"The baby can just about say 'mama' so I don't know what he'd have to say to the council meeting," says Sophie.
