Brandi Holyfield and live-in boyfriend Bobby Davis Jr. each face a $225,000 bond after Holyfield's 2-year-old daughter, Tatiana, suffered a horrific death in April of this year.

According to this article, the Oberlin couple has been charged with 2nd degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder after being indicted last week. Holyfield was arrested Friday, while Davis has been in jail since April.

A coroner's report indicated the baby died of blunt force trauma. Allen Parish Sheriff Doug Hebert says the little girl suffered third degree burns on her back “that appear to have been caused by an electric heater by prolonged contact...It may be the most absolute worst case of child abuse I have ever seen."

According to Sheriff Hebert, the toddler was held against the heater "long enough to burn through the flesh to the bone.”
