Beautiful and Amazing Churches Across Louisiana

There is still plenty of summer left, and with it, the good ole American Road Trip. If you are looking for something close to home, our friends at Only in Louisiana have lots of fun and fascinating things to offer about our beautiful state. They recently put together photos of some of the gorgeous, historic, and amazing churches we have here in the Bayou State. We have several incredible places of worship right here in Acadiana, including St Martin de Tours in St Martinville, and  Cathedral of St John the Evangelist in Lafayette.

Some of my  favorites include St Louis Cathedral in New Orleans, and Mater Dolorosa Church in New Orleans - historic AND beautiful!
