Over the last few months, most of us here in Acadiana have become members of #TeamBrittni. Brittni Clements is a strong young lady from Lafayette who is battling leukemia in Florida right now.

And as we do here in south Louisiana, when one of our friends or family members need our help, we all pitch in...and throw a party!

There will be a huge benefit for Brittni this Saturday, June 25 at Warehouse 535 on Garfield Street in Lafayette from 11am until 6pm.

All ages are welcome. There will be music, food, games and an auction.

VIP tickets are available for $75, which includes access to a roped off area near the stage with couches for seating, and VIP parking. Other tickets start at $20. Kids under 10 get in free.

Artists scheduled to appear include Karen Waldrup, Ray Boudreaux, Arianna Lyons, DJ Digital and Ben Boone.

There also will be local comedians performing.

Local restaurants will have tents and food trucks, including Ruffino's, Coyote Blues and Walk-Ons.

There will be live and silent auctions, with items including:

  • Autographed Football from Drew Brees
  • Pieces of jewelry donated by Pauls and Abryans Jewelers.
  • Crossfit gym and Gladiators gym donating memberships.
  • Gift baskets being made from Parc Lafayette, Maven, Boutiques.
  • Donations from salons, local restaurants and businesses.
