This week, Sears, Walmart and Amazon have all stopped selling a Halloween decoration online called Dead Dog Prop.

Yep, it looks like exactly what the name suggests -- a bloody, skinned dog.

In addition to the red, blood look of the pooch, it looks as though it has been run over. It has a tire track on its back, like it's been squished. It also has a chain attached to its mouth, as if it had been dragged.

As soon as people saw it for sale, they started making passionate pleas for it to be removed from stores' online shelves.

Those cries have been heard as the three retail giants have yanked the pooch from its online stores. They all blamed a third-party seller, since all three companies have smaller merchants who sell stuff through their sites.
