As a kid I was always doing crazy science experiments. I would check out books from the library that had all kinds of scientific activities for a young mind to explore. I loved to make baking soda volcanoes and crush metal cans using only air pressure. I learned how to tie a chicken bone in a knot and I made a lot of rockets. Most of my rockets were actual rockets with high powered model engines and parachutes.

The rocket in this video is a simple water bottle and is powered by the pressure of escaping gas. I am pretty sure the young scientist in this video will always remember this experiment. I am pretty sure he will wear a protective cup the next time he tries to execute any experiment involving things that fly. I am guessing he did not get the expected result from this particular activity.
