Boys And Girls Club’s Inflatable Duck Stolen

We all know it. We all know what it represents. Well, it's been STOLEN!

The Boys and Girls club's giant inflatable duck was stolen around 4 a.m. this morning in the Walgreen's parking lot at the corner of Johnston Street and North College Road. The duck of coarse is used to promote the running of the ducks, a big fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club.

"According to Chris Martin, the executive director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Acadiana, the thieves eluded security and traffic cameras in the area to steal the iconic blow-up bird. The good news, Martin says, is that the Boys and Girls Clubs have other inflatable ducks that it can use until the wayward waddler is recovered."

So, how soon before we see this thing pop up this Mardi Gras?
