Breaking News: Car Crashes Into Lafayette Daycare

Lafayette Police Department and Lafayette Fire Department officials are currently on the scene of a crash with injuries at Sugar N' Spice Daycare on Beadle Road.

Three children and one adult have been transported to area hospitals for treatment.

A KPEL caller whose granddaughter attends the daycare said the vehicle involved ran into the daycare.

At least five ambulances responded to the scene.

Motorists should avoid the area to accommodate first responders.
