Brett Eldredge is currently spending his summer on the road with Keith Urban for the Ripcord Tour, but his busy touring schedule doesn't mean he's forsaking his fitness routine. In fact, it's quite the opposite.

The "Wanna Be That Song" singer recently chatted with Taste of Country about his 22 Minute Hard Corps workout and shares that for him, it's the perfect way to exercise while on the road.

"The schedule on the road is pretty insane so I'm always trying to find a new workout that I can do with no gym," Eldredge admits. "I'm not always able to find a gym. [Playing] random venues, it's hard to find time and a place to work out."

Having done several Beachbody workouts in the past, Eldredge recently discovered 22 Minute Hard Corps — which includes a DVD of 22 minutes of various sweat-inducing workouts — and admits that at first he was skeptical about the idea of a 22 minute workout being effective. But he tried it anyway and soon found himself drenched in sweat.

"It works your whole body. I was like, 'If I can do this in 22 minutes, this is my gym. This is my workout,'" he says. "You just get in a routine with it and it really made sense with what I do and with all the touring. The best part about it is that anybody can do it anywhere, anytime and that's why I love it."

22 Minute Hard Corps is an intense workout which includes helicopter lunges — which Eldredge says are "a lot of fun" — and the bear crawl, which he used to hate. He likes it now, admitting that he has a love-hate relationship with the specific workout, as it hits several muscles including one's core and legs.

"There are so many different workouts and all these routines that it keeps it interesting other than push-ups and burpees. It's way more than that," he explains. "I'm always looking for more interesting ways to keep my heart rate going. It really does work and the results definitely show up for you."

Eldredge has taken part in the workout for a few months now and says the biggest result he has noticed is his endurance on stage. Running around so much every night, he says he now has a high level of endurance thanks to 22 Minute Hard Corps. The singer adds that he hasn't felt this good on stage in a long time.

For those interested in getting fit, Eldredge suggests taking it one day at a time and making it a point to block off 22 minutes daily, adding that a person can't magically become fit overnight.

"Take it one day and say, 'I'm not going to skip my workout today. I'm going to block off 22 minutes and do this.' You're taking it one day at a time and the next thing you know, you're three weeks in and seeing results. That's the way I would recommend to people," he says. "Give it a shot and try it. I guarantee that you'll feel better and it will definitely work out in a way you've never seen."

Eldredge frequently shares photos and snaps of himself working out on his personal Instagram and Snapchat pages. So what are the odds we'll see tourmate Keith Urban join in on the fun?

"I'm definitely bringing the DVDs out on the road with this Keith Urban tour. Keith is a pretty fit guy. He probably has got himself a good regimen. I may sneak in there one day and say, 'You got 22 minutes? Come here, I have to show you something.' And we'll do the 22 minute Hard Corps workout. We'll get that guy doing something," he says.

If Urban joins in, we'll be watching.
