Broussard Road to Close for 10 Days

The Lafayette Consolidated Government's Public Works Department has announced a planned closure on W Broussard Road.

The department will be installing drainage which will require the 600 block of W Broussard to close beginning Monday, September 21, through Wednesday, September 30.

The closure will occur just north of Duhon Road. Detour routes will be posted and those living and working in that area will be allowed access.

The Public Works Department announced today that the 600 block of W. Broussard Road which is located approximately 0.20 miles north of Duhon Road is scheduled to be closed starting Monday, September 21, 2020 until Wednesday, September 30, 2020. LCG will be installing subsurface drainage.

Detour routes will be posted and local access will be maintained. - LCG
