I spent Easter weekend in New York City. I had the pleasure of supporting our Lafayette High School Mighty Lion Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble as they performed at Carnegie Hall. I also did a lot of tourist things too. I saw three Broadway shows, the talent on stage and the productions always blow me away.

I also rode the subway. I realize that riding public transportation isn't a big deal in most cities but riding the New York subway to a non-New Yorker is a pretty big deal. As we were taking the Q-train back from Brooklyn to Manhattan I noticed the graffiti on the subway walls appeared to be animated. Lo and behold I looked on You Tube and I was right. Here is a video of part of what you can see if you look out the windows on the subway, at least on the Q train to Manhattan.
