My first thought on this is.....not in Louisiana, not in a million years. But butter sculptures are a beloved State Fair tradition in many states across the country, just not the southern ones. Here in  south Louisiana I think of corn dogs, funnel cakes and beer, but I'm raising a toast to our northern friends who have kept up the tradition of sculpting butter into beautiful images for the last 100 years. Maybe  they could try one in the shape of a boudin link. Just sayin'
