After winning the Lafayette Regional last night, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns found out this morning their Super Regional matchup with Ole Miss will begin on Saturday night at M. L. "Tigue"  Moore Field.

The teams will square off Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 8pm.  A third game, if necessary, will be played Monday at 6pm.

All games can be heard on 96.5 KPEL-FM and all are scheduled to be televised on ESPN2.

The Cajuns (57-8) advanced with a 5-3 win over Mississippi State Monday night to advance to their first Super Regional since 2000.  This will be the first time the Cajuns get to host the best two out of three event.

Louisiana was the only team to lose its first game in the regional and then come through the elimination bracket to win the championship.

Ole Miss (44-18) won their regional in Oxford yesterday with an extra innings win over Washington.  The Rebels went 19-11 in the SEC during the regular season, and were 1-2 in the SEC tournament.  They swept through their regional, defeating Jacksonville State and Washington twice to advance.

This will be the only Super Regional matchup featuring teams that were top seeded in their respective regionals.  Louisiana is hosting after earning the #6 national seed.
