Finally, after all these years, Grammy Award winning artist Carly Simon confirmed what everyone has been thinking all these years - that actor Warren Beatty was the inspiration for her 1972 hit song 'You're so Vain'. Well, at least part of it. 44 years later, Simon talked to People Magazine and said the second verse is definitely about her old flame, although he has always thought the song was entirely about him.

This has been one of the enduring mysteries in Rock & Roll, and the reason she finally let the cat out of the bag could be in anticipation of her upcoming memoir 'Boys in the Trees', which comes out on November 24. Watch the video below, and read her story in this week's issue of People.
