July 20, 2012 Time is a ticking. Today (7/20) at 5pm is the deadline entry for this year's Texaco Country Showdown.
Cypress Bayou Casino proudly announces the grand opening of their new hotel on Friday, July 20, 2012. Ribbon cutting will occur at 1 p.m. followed by a reception. "Our new hotel is the perfect compliment to our popular gaming facility," said General Manager Peter Riverso.

One of our food stops with Eat Lafayette was Picante Mexican Restaurant and Cantina. The food has more of a southwestern flare and it is delicious. Only the freshest ingredients are used each day to make the tastiest dishes.
We all know how many amazing restaurants Lafayette has to offer. Eat Lafayette acknowledges the unique and creative, locally owned restaurants in our area. Pamplona Tapas Bar and Restaurant was on the list, and it was a pleasure to meet the kind staff and eat the delicious items from the menu.
