Chicago Man Gets Paid $17,000 From The Sidewalk!

One day you're a poor college student, and the next day you made $17,000, but not because you became famous.  You found it in a plastic bag on the sidewalk! That is a Chicago Man's story, not really the college part, but I was just giving myself hope.

The cool part was he did his part to try and find the owner of the money.  He went to the police, and also checked with "Chase Bank" which was nearby.  Guess what?  He's got 17,000 bucks now.
