Those of us who love country music know that sometimes the title of the song can be as entertaining as the song itself.  Quite often these titles reflect a joke, a punchline, an observation on life or they are just so downright honest you have to laugh. It was on this day in 1975 that one of those song titles that was known for its tongue twister like length actually made it to number one.

B.J. Thomas had already been a major player on the pop charts but his incredible voice and way with a song felt perfectly at home in the country genre as well. In 1974 Thomas lent his vocal talents to the iconic Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head. The song was not only a smash reaching #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, it was an Academy Award winner as it was used as the title song for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

What was the song with the incredibly long title that put B.J. Thomas on top of the Country Charts this day in 1975? It's one of the best sing along while drinking songs ever recorded if you ask me. It's official title is (Hey, Won't You Play) Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song.
