Construction On Highway 90 Corridor In Acadiana Is Wrapping Up

Drivers who use Highway 90 on a regular basis are probably tired of construction over the the last year, but they do have something to look forward to.

Two projects are expected to be completed by December of this year.

Deidra Druilhet with the Louisiana Department of Transporation and Development says J turns are being constructed from the Billeaud overpass near Albertson Parkway to Wall Road in Youngsville.

The work that started in 2012 should be finished in December of 2013.

The next project to be finished this December is the construction of frontage roads along Highway 90 in Iberia Parish.
