Cop Pulls Driver Over For ‘Driving Without An Ice Cream Cone’ [Video]

Halifax, Virginia police are pulling motorist over for a very strange reason. Actually, they're pulling folks over for a very awesome reason. That reason? Driving on a hot day without an ice cream cone.

Watch as this officer pulls this driver over and asks her if she's "familiar with vehicle code 1739". She of coarse has no idea what he's talking about and tells him "No Sir." The officer tells that vehicle code 1739 is driving on a hot day without an ice cream cone, and giver her and her passenger an ice cream cone.
