Who knew there was such good money in toilet parts?

A man named Donald Allen Citron was arrested last week for allegedly dismantling toilets throughout Colorado and selling the parts for scrap. A plumber by trade, Citron made quick work of the commodes at the University of Denver, the Southwest Plaza Mall, a Taco Bell and other locations.

How was the "Crapper Scrapper" caught? An employee at one of the vandalized locations witnessed Citron in the act and took down his license plate. He faces 18 counts of felony burglary. His haul reportedly netted him about $6,400 in parts, which he sold to scrap yards.
