Whether you are a Republican or a Democrat, it's always nice to hear some great country music, to go along with your political opinion! This week, we have country music well represented at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, and no doubt we'll see some of your favorite stars next week in Philadelphia with the Democrats.

The Swon Brothers opened the festivities on Monday at Cleveland's Freedom Plaza, and Rascal Flatts performed at the 'Buckeye Bash', to honor the Ohio delegation, also on Monday.

The Band Perry sang at 'Concerts for a Cause', as well as Big & Rich, Thomas Rhett, and Chris Janson, all on consecutive nights.

Lee Brice performed at Freedom Plaza, and Pat Green joined him again at 'Concerts for a Cause' on Wednesday.

Martina McBride headlined a show for the Creative Coalition, and Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd book ended the convention with a private party for veterans called 'Cleveland Rocks'.
