Have you ever been on a bus, or in public where there is someone doing something completely obnoxious and distracting? So obnoxious that you don't want to disturb them, so you just sit there and wait for someone else to do something? 

This guy was definitely one of those guys. Lord only knows what he was on or taking, heck, maybe he was just in a really good mood!
