Danica Patrick Racing To The Bank With NASCAR?

Driving a race car is tough to do. There are some that would argue that those who do this for a living are not real athletes, I think they are but that is a debate for another day. The question we have this Memorial Day Weekend is this. Are we seeing mediocre Indy racer Danica Patrick in her last Indy 500? Is she heading for a huge payday by giving up the open wheel circuit? Is Danica taking her good looks and marginal driving skills south to NASCAR? 

You probably picked up on the fact that I don't think much of Danica's ability to compete in either Indy or NASCAR racing. It has nothing to do with gender, it's more of a talent thing. She gets attention because she is very pretty, Kyle Busch gets attention because he is a knucklehead, Jimmie Johnson gets attention because he wins..... A lot! To a racing fan that winning thing is far more important than how you look outside the car.
