When you sing country music for a living and your last name is Cash you better be something special. Roseanne Cash is something special and has been for many years. While her current music might not be featured on CMT or GAC her ability to interpret a song is just as impressive as when she was the darling of the CMA.

The Acadiana Center for the Arts has announced two opportunities for you to see this amazing performer live in concert. The first opportunity will take place on March 8 at the ACA's James Moncus Theater. This small venue with over the top acoustic excellence will host an intimate performance featuring Cash and her husband John Leventhal. The show is described as stripped down and very personal. You can expect quite a bit of audience interaction and conversation. It's an amazing way to get to know a very special talent.

The following day March 9, Cash will play Lafayette's Heymann Performing Arts Center with with a quintet of musicians. This performance falls under the PASA special events series. While this performance will feature more musicians and include a multimedia aspect to the show it will still be a very intimate evening.

Tickets for both performances are now available through the ACA website.
