A week from today, U.S. Senator David Vitter will be in Lafayette for an afternoon town hall meeting. He'll be at the Lafayette Parish Library at 215 La Neuville Road in Youngsville around 5 pm to hear from you.

“I’ve always found that hosting town hall meetings is one of the best ways to learn about and tackle the top issues affecting Louisianians and their families,” said Vitter. “I’m looking forward to visiting with folks and discussing my efforts to bring Louisiana common sense to Washington, reform the culture of runaway federal spending, develop positive solutions to get our economy going again, but most importantly to hear directly from them.”

Vitter will also be in Lake Charles earlier in the day at 11:00 a.m. at the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Government Building.

According to Vitter, he has held nearly 400 town hall meetings over his time in elected office. He says he's held an average of six town halls in every parish.
