Daylan Honeycutt, one of the stars of Kellie Pickler's CMT television series I Love Kellie Pickler, has been arrested and charged with several different crimes.

Honeycutt, 29, was first arrested on June 2 in Murfreesboro, Tenn. According to police reports provided to the Daily News Journal, he was charged at that time with domestic assault. The alleged victim (identified as Honeycutt's girlfriend by WGNS) went to police because she feared for herself and her child; she told police that she did not want Honeycutt to live at her residence or have any contact with him, and she requested that officers accompany her back home.

“Call history revealed a reported domestic incident earlier that day,” Officer Zach Ferrell reports. Honeycutt would not open the door or respond to offers, but thanks to the victim's permission, officers were able to arrest Honeycutt on a charge of domestic assault. He was released on a $4,500 bond.

On Wednesday (June 15), Honeycutt was arrested on a violation of bonds conditions, and the day after (June 16), he was arrested again. Per a police report filed by Murfreesboro police officer James Thomas, Honeycutt went to the victim’s house, forced open the garage door and kicked in the door leading from the garage into the residence. The victim told police that Honeycutt destroyed items in the residence, then told her she had to follow him.

“The victim got into her vehicle and followed Honeycutt out of fear,” Thomas says, adding that the victim got away by exiting from State Route 840 and contacting police. Thomas reports that Honeycutt returned to the residence, gathered items belonging to the victim and left when patrol cars arrived. He was stopped by an officer nearby, and multiple items belonging to the victim were found in his car.

Honeycutt was charged with criminal contempt, domestic assault, vandalism over $1,000, theft over $1,000, aggravated burglary and false imprisonment. His new bond was set at $61,500, according to WGNS.

Though Honeycutt has kept quiet about the recent trouble he's been in, he did post a note on Facebook regarding his absence from Season 2 of I Love Kellie Pickler: "... I need to apologize I will not be on season 2 of the show b/c of personal issues love u all and plz watch the show on season 2 with or with out me its gonna be good. (sic)"

The official I Love Kellie Pickler website no longer lists Honeycutt as a star, but, as Taste of Country points out, his character page is still active. The second season of the show is set to premiere in August and will be produced by Ryan Seacrest. Season 1 premiered in November, giving CMT its highest-rated series premiere since 2012 and highest-rated show among females since 2008.

While Pickler's television career seems to be going strong, it's unclear what's happening in the music portion of her life: She recently split from Black River Entertainment after four years with the label.
