If you've been a customer of either Sprint or Verizon wireless, you've likely been overcharged as much as $10 to $15 a month, and may be due a refund. Both companies have admitted charging hidden fees for services customers didn't sign up for. The practice is referred to as "Cramming." Jessica Rosenworcel of the FCC says those charges include ring tones, sports tips, horoscopes, celebrity gossip, and wallpaper, among others. Sprint and Verizon have agreed to refund totals of $68 million, and $90 million respectively. You must act fast. the deadline to apply for your refund is Dec. 31st.
