Dick Clark Still Rockin’ New Years Eve

If you're not in Times Square in New York, or the Strip in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, you're probably watching Dick Clark rockin' it out on television. For 40 years its been a holiday tradition in so many households across America, and for that, we thank you, Dick Clark.

This year's lineup, hosted again by Ryan Seacrest, will include Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, The Band Perry, Carlos Santana, and more. The New Year’s Rockin’ Eve festivities will open with the 40th Anniversary Party beginning at 8:00p.m. ET on the ABC Television Network.
