Several Acadiana restaurants are pitching in to help end hunger in Acadiana with the annual "Dine for the Diner" fundraiser event this Thursday, May 7th.

Catholic Services of Acadiana has teamed up with local restaurants for this day of dining to benefit St. Joseph Diner.

Each participating restaurant has agreed to donate 10% of the day's sales to the diner. St. Joseph Diner is one of the six programs supported by Catholic Services of Acadiana. In 2014 alone, the diner served up more than 120,000 meals to the needy in the community.
