There is a show on television where the host travels the world and eats some really strange things. I can appreciate the message behind the show, it's one  planet but a lot of different worlds. The truth is some of the things that you and I enjoy in South Louisiana just wouldn't fly north of Interstate 20. Still we usually manage to cook our food before we attempt to eat it, not so much with the good people of Japan.
