Do You Say “Sneakers” or “Tennis Shoes”?

The division of America continues.

There has been quite the debate online lately over what we call shoes you wear when you exercise.

According to a study by Harvard, 45.5% of people call them “sneakers” while 41.3% say “tennis shoes”.

And the rest of you great Americans use terms like “gym shoes” or just plain ole “shoes”.

Apparently there were lots of people online that had no idea that there was any other term than the one they used, so they are quite hot about this life-altering topic.

But for giggles, what say you? What do you call them? I’m more a tennis shoes kind of guy but, sleep, I’m not losing any over this.
