Dumped Dude Wins 30.5 Million Lottery Jackpot

We've all heard this story before. Girl dumps guy. Guy is heartbroken. Guy plays lottery. Guy wins $30.5 million. Guy gets over girl real quick.

That's exactly what happened to 22-year-old Sandeep Singh of Hyannis, Massachusetts. After taxes he will take home around 23 million bucks.

At a lottery press conference, Singh, who has worked two jobs to help his family since his father died, understandably said of his lost love, "I was heartbroken at first, but I'm now getting over it."

With some of his dough, Singh plans to pay off his mother's house and go back to school. He is heading back to the University of Massachusetts to finish his degree. This after having to quit due to lack of money.
