Secretary of State Tom Schedler is encouraging all Louisianians eligible to vote in the Tuesday, Nov. 6 election to vote early. Early voting begins on Tuesday, Oct. 23 and continues through Tuesday, Oct. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, excluding Sunday, Oct. 28.

“I anticipate high voter turnout for the Nov. 6 election,” said Secretary of State Tom Schedler. “Voters can expect to encounter long lines especially during peak hours like before and after work or around lunchtime. By casting your ballot early, you can vote on your own schedule when it’s most convenient. Don’t make excuses. Go vote!”
