You are cordially invited to the 11th Annual VOICE for Victims' Rally Tuesday, April 8, 2014 brought to you by the Voices of Innocent Citizens Empowered Support Group. It will be held on the steps of the New Iberia City Hall. Special guests: Honorable J. Phil Haney, District Attorney; the Honorable Louis Ackal, Sheriff; Acadiana Crime Lab Executive Director, Kevin Ardoin; and VOICE member, Kelly Billeaud Suire.
